On chapter 3 book 2 it tell us about a man name "Jean Valjean". It tell us that he was in prison for 19 years .

In chapter 3, M. Myriel went to Senez He manage to get to Senez. Wend he was in the neighborhood he went on foot, in a tilted spring-cart when it was on the plain, and on donkey in the mountains. Some people were disrespectful and made fun of him.
